Welcome to my new Blog.... 

Greetings from Sunny South Florida,  As we all know, we have sunshine year round, tropical breezes, beautiful beaches and our current housing market deals are all bright.  Florida as not seen better prices in years.  Contrary to the dull and cloudy sales happening around the country,  Here in South Florida we are riding a huge wave of sunny success.  South Florida's market has less inventory than most, which is seeing prices edging up.  Wilton Manors property values are stabilizing and sales are strong.

With my new blog, I hope to inform, guide, engage and serve up some wonderful topics about South Florida real estate.  A place to go to to be informed about the Great Fort Lauderdale area and Wilton Manors.

Nothing will be off the list, We will discuss the current market, make plans for local events and give timely notes on what is happening here in South Florida.
